SERVICE, REPAIR, WARRANTY

For all repair, customer must obtain our RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number by calling us at 808-523-9608 prior returning the item to us. Item will be refused without a valid RMA Authorization.

We void all warranty if item found to be misused, mishandled or disassembled in any way and will return the item to the customer without any repair at customer's expense.

Factory defective products / parts cover our 90 days parts warranty and we, Amro-Asian Trade, Inc., reserve the right to repair, replace, or exchange the defective part /item (s) within warranty period.

Coin & Currency handling Equipment:

For Coin & Currency Handling Equipment, we provide free parts repair or replacement under 90 days warranty at our Hawaii repair center. This warranty does not cover any shipping costs and must be paid by customers.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damages resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to operating manual or disassembly, repair or alteration by any other person other than our authorized technician or the manufacturer.
