ORDER & RETURN POLICY

Return & Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Absolutely, No return will be considered after 15 days from delivery date for all our products. 25% Re-stocking Fee and other applicable fees apply for all return for non-defective items.

  • We accept Merchandise Return for Full Refund after deducting shipping cost both ways for Defective item (s) only and for those which are not repairable or replaceable by us.
  • If customer claims that an item is found defective upon delivery, customer must accept a replacement brand new unit or item with similar condition from us. If customer decides to cancel the order at that point within 15 days, customer will be charged 20% of the invoice value for re-packaging and handling / order processing fee, all shipping costs, credit card charges and other applicable costs associated with the transaction. All applicable deductions will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • All approved return products must be in original box, well packaged, resalable and should include all the items shipped with the product. You will be charged for missing items or damaged item. All return products must accompanied with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be issued by us at the time of approval. Return must be made within 5 days from issuing RMA# by us. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. As for all COD return and return without RMA#, your shipment will be rejected at the time of delivery.

  • For all warranty repair and after warranty repair, customer must obtain RMA number prior to returning the item to us. Without RMA number, shipment will be rejecetd. Warranty is void if item is found to be misused, mishandled, disassembled or operated outside the guideline provided in user manual.
  • No refund will be made for products that are opened & used or not in resalable or received in damaged condition (only be determined by us or our appointed third party or shipping company).
  • No return is accepted for spare parts purchase and all sales are final.
  • For all approved return items, we will refund back the amount after all deductions to your credit card or send you refund check within 30 days of returning items according to RMA guideline.
  • Customers must open the box and test the product upon delivery. Customer must report all shipment damages and defective claims within 5 days from delivery. We will not consider and process any shipment damages and defective claim after 5 days from the delivery date. After 5 days, all items will fall under standard product warranty.
  • If any order is placed due to an error/ misunderstanding, you must cancel your order within 24 hours from placing. However, if cancellation is requested after 24 hours, you will be charged a 3% order processing & documentation Fee. If item is shipped and refused by customer, shipment are subject to 20% re-packaging & handling free, credit card charges as well as deduction of shipping cost for both ways. If item is already Produced at the factory and order cancellation is received during this time, any refund is subject to a 25% deduction. The deducted amount will be adjusted from refund amount. No exception will be made. These rules apply to all products listed in this website.

Forms of Payment:

CREDIT CARD CHARGES ARE MADE SECURELY OFFLINE. We do not process any credit card transactions over internet for security reasons. We process your credit card securely Offline. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, BUSINESS / PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDER, BANK CASHIER'S CHECK AND BANK WIRE TRANSFER. There is no surcharge for using your credit card purchase.We donot accept any international Credit cards. We usually ship to the billing address of the credit card or the address you have filed with the credit card issuing bank. If billing address is different from shipping address, then, you must include the shipping address as an alternative shipping address with your Credit Card Company. Incorrect information and discrepencies may delay in processing or a cancellation of your order.

Status Of Your Order:

Once you have placed your order, you will be notified our acceptance via email. You will also be notified if the item is back-order or out-of-stock at the same time. When your item is shipped, you will be notified via email with shipping info within few days.

Typographical Error & Changes:

All product information published in our store is provided by suppliers and manufacturers of the respective product(s). We try very hard to maintain accuracy & fair representation of each of our item, but, errors may occur. Therefore, Amro-Asian Trade Inc must not be held responsible of anykind for typographical error or misunderstanding. Please call us if you have any questions about specification or specific product performance prior to placing your order. Specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice to our customers. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any price changes, unavailability or specifications of our products.

Privacy Policy:

During your shopping at our store, we collect visitor's contact information (billing, shipping and e-mail addresses) as well as financial information (Credit Card Info) with the purpose of processing and shipping orders ONLY. These information is kept very Confidential with limited access. We might send survey emails to our customers occassionally for understanding customer's need and you can always request to remove your name from our survey list. Therefore, your private information is well protected and we will never expose, mishandled or misuse our customer's confidential information.
